Brief History

As one of the Midlands largest and most experienced electrical contractors, Severn Group was established in its original form in 1965 and 50 years later incorporated Mechanical Services and proudly became Severn Group.

We also specialise in the electrical installation offering experienced electricians to the commercial sector in Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Whether you need an Electrical Condition Inspection Report completing  (ECIR) a re-wire  or BMS control to a factory or retail unit we can help.

Bio Energy

We also support works in the anaerobic digestion (AD)/bio energy market. We have worked within the odour control market for over 20 years and this is a natural progression for the company into AD/Bio. Our engineers work with clients on projects of all sizes, from the design stage through to construction of control panels, field wiring and final terminations and commissioning of plant.

Qualifications and Accreditations

All Severn Group employees are highly trained and hold trade specific qualifications and possess DBS and CSCS cards, along with IPAF and electro technical certification team cards, while the company holds membership of GAS SAFE, NICEIC, CHAS and CONSTRUCTIONLINE.
